100T Baffles the Experts - 100 Thieves LCS Spring 2022 Week 4 Recap

The Spring of Perplexity abides. In perhaps the most exasperating weekend for 100T fans, the Thieves secured a (relatively) meaningless win against a floundering TSM, a backbreaking loss of could-have-been for C9, and a complete mental lapse against Dignitas. After a round robin that defied all expectations - and not in a good way, fans are left with more questions than answers. The dads try to reasonably assess the issues: Ssumday 1v9, stale drafting, the shocking disintegration of our bot lane, and a Corki flying on autopilot by the name of Abbedagge. They also address calls for roster changes, the importance of the next couple of weekends, and even a hypothesis of behind-the-scenes issues. 100T Finishes 2nd in Summer Split - 100 Thieves LCS Summer 2022 Week 8 Recap

A miraculous thing happened this weekend: 100 Thieves dropped a game to FlyQuest and for once nobody gave a sermon preaching about why this means the team is a fraud. That means Jordan and Cole have less work to do on this end of regular season edition of 100Talk. The dads follow the thread of what we learned through 100T’s super week games and how the Thieves have learned to have a plan after getting punched in the mouth. They talk draft diffing quality opponents and debate which of the Thieves get All-LCS nods. And in light of the recent white-hot success of the org’s esports, discuss the winning culture that has been built at the CashApp Compound. An Unexpected Loss and the Tendency to Overreact - 100T LCS Lock In Group Stage Recap

100T’s LCS Lock In started out as planned, but quickly took an unexpected turn with the subbing in of Tenacity and the subsequent destruction at the hands of an anemic FlyQuest squad. If the dads were in a tough position trying to draw any conclusions about the 2022 Thieves before, things just got a lot more complicated. They discuss the merits of Tenacity criticism and the strategy of a 6-man roster, as well as the meaning of a veteran Ssumday presence on a reigning LCS championship team.
