After all of the hype and buildup to the 2022 Spring LCS Finals, 100T fans were rudely awakened to the fact that it’s Danny’s world and we’re just living in it. EG made the Thieves the third victim in a blistering loser’s bracket run of 3-0 victories to claim the org’s first LCS title and to assume the mantle of NA’s new hope, much to our chagrin. The 100Talk dads put themselves together to purge the sadness, discuss ways that we just didn’t play or feel like ourselves, and make predictions about just how long the LCS’ newfound fascination with EG (or should we say their players) will last. Despite both dads predicting a #100Win over C9 in round 1 of the LCS playoffs, 100T exceeded expectations with stomps that featured the return of weakside Ssumday, aggressive bot lanes, Viktordagge, and a monstrous, rabid Closer. LCS fans are forced to move on from Regular Season MVP Summit (who went 2/23/5 in his last 4 games against 100T) and to accept a new title favorite in town - 100 Thieves.
