100T's Season Comes to an End - 100 Thieves Worlds 2021 Day 5 Recap

100 Thieves’ remarkable LCS season has come to a close with a 3-3 finish in the group stage at Worlds, just missing an advance to semifinals. However, as one last parting gift, the squad systematically dismantled EDG to prove that the Thieves should still be seen as an international threat. Jordan and Cole talk about nerves, the growth of the squad over the split and over this tournament, and contextualize a 3-3 against some of the best League of Legends teams on Earth. The dads also weigh in on whether roster moves should be in the team’s plans for 2022, field listener questions and takes, and express their gratitude for the players, staff, and fans that made this the most memorable 100T season we’ve ever had.

It was a great year, 100 Thieves fans. We’ll remember it forever.

A miraculous thing happened this weekend: 100 Thieves dropped a game to FlyQuest and for once nobody gave a sermon preaching about why this means the team is a fraud. That means Jordan and Cole have less work to do on this end of regular season edition of 100Talk. The dads follow the thread of what we learned through 100T’s super week games and how the Thieves have learned to have a plan after getting punched in the mouth.
