100T Climbs to 3rd - 100 Thieves Spring 2020 LCS Week 9 + Tiebreakers Recap

Defying all expectations, 100 Thieves posted a 7-2 record on the back half of the split and won one out of two tiebreakers to lock up a 3rd place LCS finish. Now, due to some...ahem...creative playoff formatting and surprising choices by Cloud9, the squad faces a tough postseason run with C9 being the first round matchup. Fortunately, double elimination is on the table this split. Jordan and Cole have a meeting of the minds to discuss the playoff road and what appears to be newfound respect that the LCS community has for this “developmental project.”

100T Secures LCS Grand Finals - 100 Thieves LCS Spring 2022 Playoffs Winners' Final

It was a very close series, but ultimately 100T woke up and TL went to sleep as Abbedagge ulted into the enemy base and backdoored the Thieves into the LCS Grand Finals. The dads discuss what this series reveals about our team and pick many bones with the way analysts and casters are discussing 100T and their opponents. Among the conversations are classic hits such as “did they throw or did we win,” “look, Ssumday is incredibly good on Ornn,” and “Abbedagge on TF is a good thing.” New releases include “100T is actually C9’s boogeyman, not LS” and “just how huge of an advantage will we have in a stadium full of fans?” Cole and Jordan also spend extra time with you, the faithful listener, and a whole lot of your takes. It’s what any good father would do, honestly. Gather round for a pre-title celebration edition of 100Talk. Listen here. 100T Rebounds for Playoffs - 100 Thieves LCS Spring 2023 Week 7 Recap

With Kaas out and Nukeduck in, somehow, the honeymoon has officially begun. A change has done the Thieves good, with the squad turning in a dominant 2-0 weekend including a substantial win against the surging Golden Guardians. The wins come in the nick of time, with playoffs suddenly looking much more likely for our beloved boys. Jordan and Cole analyze which specific signs of life the Thieves were showing during the weekend and debate how much of the Nukeduck turnaround is simply a temporary shake up and how much is genuine balm of Gilead. They also whip out the handy dandy foldy sheet to go over scenarios for super week, finding that 2-1 with a win over TSM has us in excellent shape… Plus, listener takes and questions as usual. Strap in for another #100Talk! Also, a note: 100Talk will conclude after the spring split. Please see this Twitlonger for more: htt...
